Pizza
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is the recipe for "Belorussian" pizza made in the Minsk style. Of course, this recipe might have some other name, but I call it exactly this way. I highly recommend you try it. The interesting combination of onion, mozzarella, and sausages delivers a unique flavor, enhanced by homemade tomato sauce or adjika. Give it a try—you'll love it. Serve it cooled down or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, then generously spread tomato sauce over it. It will taste even better if you use homemade sauce or adjika. Instead of ready-made pizza dough, you can use a pre-baked crust. Choose whichever option is more convenient for you.

Step 2

2. Next, simply arrange the sausage pieces and mozzarella, as well as tomatoes cut into random pieces. Sprinkle with spices and add onion sliced into half-rings.

Step 3

3. Now add chopped basil and grated Parmesan. Sprinkle them on top, then place the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. My pizza baked for about 15 minutes, but it might take longer depending on the thickness of the dough and your oven's power.
