Description
Goes perfectly with tea and coffee. The given quantity of ingredients makes 2 fairly large pizzas. If you like, you can halve the ingredients. If you have any Alfredo white sauce left after cooking, you can use it for pasta.

To prepare white pizza with Alfredo sauce, gather the ingredients. Spinach can be used fresh or frozen.

First, prepare a white cream Alfredo sauce. To do this, melt the butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic and chili pepper flakes. Add 1 tablespoon of flour, stir, and pour in the cream. Over low heat, whisking the sauce, reduce the mixture until thickened. If the sauce is not smooth, blend the mixture with an immersion blender. Season with salt to taste and add grated Parmesan to the sauce. Stir well until the cheese is fully melted.

Pat the chicken breast fillets dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sear the fillet on all sides until golden brown. Wrap the cooked fillet in foil and set aside. The meat will rest and finish cooking.

Divide the dough into two parts. Shape each part as desired. Place the dough in the baking pan, forming the sides.

Dice the prepared fillet. Rinse the spinach and dry it well. Grate the mozzarella.

Spread half of the white Alfredo sauce over the dough.

On top of the sauce, spread half the spinach, some chicken fillet, and mozzarella. Brush the edges of the dough with vegetable oil.

Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 230°C for 12 minutes. Then take it out of the oven. Top the hot pizza with a handful of fresh spinach.
