Pizza
Description
A very unusual combination for pizza—creamy sauce and lightly salted salmon—but it is incredibly delicious. If you love salted red fish paired with cream cheese, then this pizza is definitely for you. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the pizza. Turn on the kettle so the water heats up.
- 2
Step 2

Sift the required amount of flour into a deep bowl, add the yeast, salt, and sugar.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the olive oil and warm boiled water.
- 4
Step 4

Knead a smooth, uniform dough. Do not knead it for too long. Cover the bowl with the dough with plastic wrap so that no air can get in, and place it in a warm spot for 30–40 minutes; it should rise to at least double in size.
- 5
Step 5

Meanwhile, transfer the cream cheese to a convenient bowl, add the cream, and mix until smooth. The mixture should turn out soft and creamy.
- 6
Step 6

Slice the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella into rounds of equal thickness.
- 7
Step 7

When the dough has risen enough, it can be punched down and divided into two halves.
- 8
Step 8

Dust the parchment lightly with flour, roll out the dough into a circle. It is preferable to roll the dough out very thinly. Brush the dough with butter sauce, lay tomato slices on top.
- 9
Step 9

Place mozzarella slices between the tomatoes. Put the baking tray in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10–12 minutes.
- 10
Step 10

After some time, remove the baking tray with the base from the oven and quickly place slices of lightly salted salmon on top. Sprinkle the dough with chopped green onions, and you can serve it immediately.
- 11
Step 11

Pizza "Al salmone" is ready. Cut it into slices with a special knife. Very delicious, I recommend it!
