Pizza
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Cheese pizza is not boring at all, as many might think. Combining several types of cheese delivers an amazing result! In this version, I also recommend using white sauce instead of tomato sauce, as it pairs perfectly with the filling. The process itself requires minimal time and effort, so this recipe definitely deserves your attention. As for the cheeses, you can use not only those listed in the recipe, but any others you prefer. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. To make the white sauce, combine cream, Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan, butter, a garlic clove, salt, pepper, and spices to taste (nutmeg, oregano, etc.) in a saucepan. Place over heat and, stirring constantly, allow the butter to melt completely. Then cook for a couple more minutes and remove from heat.
