Pizza roll
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Pizza is one of the best snacks for a quick bite, but traditional pizza isn't always convenient to take with you as a light snack. That's why I suggest making a pizza roll—a very easy yet filling dish. You can choose the filling according to your preferences. As a base, you can use elastic yeast dough, or even a sheet of lavash, which will be a real time-saver if you don't have time to make dough (in this case, reduce the baking time). Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
