Rinse the spinach under water and pour boiling water over it for 2 minutes. Then drain the hot water, plunge the spinach into cold water, and squeeze it dry.

Next, pour a little olive oil into a frying pan and sauté garlic, crushed with the flat side of a knife, for 1-2 minutes.
