Description

Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. Celery pesto turns out incredibly delicious, aromatic, and smooth. It pairs perfectly with vegetable salads, soft cheeses, and any kind of meat. You can add it to most appetizers, sandwiches, or snacks. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making celery pesto. Peel the garlic, then wash it together with the celery and parsley, and dry everything thoroughly. Use your preferred nuts, and you can lightly toast them in a skillet.

    Slice the celery stalks together with the leaves into small pieces.

    Separate the parsley leaves from the stems, then transfer them together with the celery to the blender container.

    Add grated Parmesan, chopped nuts, and garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pour in the oil.

    Blend the contents with an immersion blender until smooth, and taste for salt. I also add a tablespoon of wine vinegar, which allows the sauce to last up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
