The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. This incredibly aromatic sauce, made right at home, will surely be so delicious that you'll definitely write down the recipe in your cooking notebook! Even with ordinary ingredients, you can create an authentic alternative to heavily advertised products. The key is to trust your culinary imagination! The sauce can be frozen in portions for winter. Ready sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

    Prepare the listed ingredients.

    Dry the walnuts in advance in a pan or oven until crisp. Pour them into the grinder bowl.

    Grind for 2-3 minutes until almost powdered, into fine crumbs. Always grind the nuts first, because if you add them to the moist green mixture, they will be coarsely chopped and absorb the moisture.

    Rinse the parsley leaves and slightly dry with a paper towel. Finely chop and add to the container. Process everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

    Add salt and ground black pepper, then add hard cheese grated on a fine grater. Peel and rinse the garlic cloves, then slice them directly into the container.

    Grind the mixture until finely chopped, then pour in cold-pressed olive oil into the container. If this is not available, you can use odorless refined sunflower oil. Add lemon juice. Process everything together one last time for approximately 3–4 minutes.
