Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. There are many variations of this sauce, and now you can add one more to your cookbook. Otherwise, I use the same ingredients as usual. You can use the finished sauce with pasta, spread it on bread, or serve it as a dip. The prepared sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

1. Soak the nuts in cold water in advance for 6 hours, then rinse and pat dry. Wash the cabbage, peel the garlic cloves, grate the cheese. Sauté the cabbage in a pan for 5 minutes.

2. Place the previously soaked nuts in the blender bowl, add the cheese, cabbage, pressed garlic, squeeze in the juice of one lemon half, and pour in the olive oil and water. Blend everything.

3. Add salt to taste, juice of the remaining half lemon, and blend again. Serve the sauce with crackers.
