Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. Finely chop the following ingredients in a food processor: olive oil, capers, oregano, white wine vinegar, chili pepper, anchovy fillets, and garlic. The sauce should have a smooth, paste-like consistency. Season the pesto with salt and pepper to taste. The sauce is ready. Store in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
