Shortcrust pie with frozen berries
Description
The pie can be topped with sour cream or, for example, sprinkled with powdered sugar. It will look very appetizing! Also, if the berries are a bit tart, you can add sugar to the filling to taste. This pie goes wonderfully with milk, tea, or coffee. Now let me tell you: it can be served with tea or coffee.

Mix mayonnaise, margarine, flour, and sugar. Knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands, but make sure it doesn't crumble either.

Grease the baking dish thoroughly with oil. Place 2/3 of the dough you have prepared into the dish. On top, place the cherries (or any other berries you are using), previously pitted (if necessary).

Cut the remaining dough into thin strips and arrange them in a lattice pattern on top of the pie. Place the pie in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees until done. This will take about 30-40 minutes. Be sure to cool it before serving.
