
Shortcrust pie with berry filling
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Shortcrust pastry, fruit, and filling go together perfectly—especially when it's tart berries. They become delicious with sweet dough. This berry-filled shortcrust pie can be stored in the refrigerator, so you can enjoy it even in hot weather.

1. Prepare classic shortcrust pastry: mix baking powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar.

2. Grate the butter or margarine on a coarse grater.

3. Add to the dough and add flour. Knead the dough.

4. Place the dough into the baking pan and prick it with a fork.

5. Bake our base for a little while (about 10 minutes), then remove and let it cool slightly. It's better to use a pan with removable sides.

6. Place the cherries (pitted) into the baking dish and prepare the topping: mix cream, sugar, eggs, and two tablespoons of flour, beat everything together and pour over the cherries.

7. Return to the oven for another 20-25 minutes. Let the pie cool down, then remove the mold.
