Shortcrust pie with chocolate cream
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. If you love chocolate in baked goods, you'll enjoy this cake too. A generous amount of rich chocolate filling in a crumbly shortbread crust is pure bliss for chocoholics :) The cake dough is easy to prepare, and you can vary the filling—mix milk and dark chocolate or use just one type. But choose good, reliable chocolate, as the quality of the filling depends on it. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
