Shortcrust Pie with Raspberry Filling
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. Such a pie can be made with any berries. You can also use jam or preserves instead of berries. It's best to choose a filling with a hint of acidity, as it creates a more harmonious taste – sweet dough and a tangy berry flavor. It can be served with tea or coffee.
