Shortcrust pie with lemon filling
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. 1. To prepare the dough, soften the margarine in the microwave, then mix it with eggs, baking soda, flour, and sugar. Mix only briefly. Put more than half of the dough into a baking form and gently stretch it with your hands, carefully forming the edges—this will be the base of the future pie. 2. Thoroughly wash the lemons, then grind them (together with the peel, but without seeds) in a meat grinder or food processor along with sugar. 3. Carefully spread the resulting filling over the pie base, avoiding the edges. Before placing the filling, make sure there are no holes in the dough, as the filling may leak out and burn. 4. Use the remaining dough for decoration. You can braid it into braids, roll into ropes, or simply cut into even strips to form a lattice pattern. 5. Bake the pie in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Halfway through baking, you can brush it with beaten egg to make the crust look more attractive. And your delicious sweet-and-tangy pie is ready! Give it a try. The pastry is done. Serve it at the table.
