Cranberry sand cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The cranberry shortcrust pie is very simple to make. The sweet dough pairs well with the tart berry, creating an excellent flavor palette. This pie goes well with milk, tea, coffee, or compote. Butter can be replaced with good-quality margarine. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
