Prepare all the ingredients.

In a deep bowl combine the flour and butter. Add 1-2 pinches of salt.

Rub everything by hand until it reaches a crumbly consistency.

Add sour cream and bring the dough together into a ball. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Shred the cabbage and sauté it with onion until done. Salt and pepper the filling to taste.

For the topping, combine the eggs and cream. Add a pinch of salt and whisk everything together.

Take out the dough and spread it in a butter‑greased pan, shaping high edges with your hands. Prick the dough with a fork and place it in a preheated 200°C oven for 15–20 minutes.
