Shortcrust pastry for pie
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. One of the basic dough recipes is shortcrust. It is used for pies (fruit, meat, vegetable), tarts, and other baked treats. Shortcrust dough is not as difficult to prepare as, for example, puff pastry. After preparation, the dough should be chilled in the refrigerator before using for baking. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
