Oil-free shortcrust pastry
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The dough recipe is great because it doesn't require chilling. Everything turns out quick and easy, delicious and crumbly when baked. Nutritional value is 388 kilocalories per 100 grams of dough. You can replace the baking powder with baking soda and vinegar—in this case, just use 0.3 tsp of baking soda, extinguished with vinegar at the stage of adding kefir. Bake the cookies at 180°C (356°F) for 10–12 minutes, with a thickness of 5–7 mm. Good luck! Serve with tea or coffee.

Step 2

Sift the flour into a large bowl, add salt and baking powder, mix well.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the vegetable oil and rub it thoroughly into the flour.

Step 4

You should get small moist clumps, like in the photo.

Step 5

Add sugar, egg, and pour in the kefir.
