
Shortbread cookies with chocolate and marshmallow
Description
Homemade treats for tea. You can use dark, milk, or white chocolate. Choose small-sized marshmallows, or if you bought large ones, cut them into pieces. You can also add dried fruits, candied fruits, or colorful sprinkles. These cookies are very tasty and pleasantly crispy. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. Place the sweet cracker into the blender container.

2. Crush the crackers into fine crumbs that resemble coarse flour.

3. Mix the crumbs, flour, salt, and baking soda. In a mixer bowl, combine the butter and sugar.

4. Beat the butter mixture until a fluffy mass forms.

5. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl with the butter.
