Shortbread cookies with tangerines
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. A tasty idea—why not bake cookies with tangerines? The cookies turn out sweet (I'd add a small piece of lemon to each one) and are a big hit with children. The preparation process is very simple, and you can easily bake them in time for afternoon tea to delight your family. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

Step 6

6. Roll out the dough into a sheet about 3-4 mm thick. Choose a cup or glass to cut out circles from the dough. The size of the circles depends on the size of the tangerine segments.

Step 7

7. Remove excess dough; use it later to make cookies in exactly the same way.

8. Pinch the edges of the circles, forming them into dumpling-like shapes :) Use a fork to make the edges of the future cookies look neat and decorative.
