Shortbread cookies with coconut, caramel, and chocolate
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I decorate one side with coconut caramel, and the other side with chocolate. You can decorate all the cookies with only chocolate or only caramel, which will take less time and effort. Serve the cookies only after they have cooled down and the chocolate and caramel have set. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
