Shortbread cookies with strawberries

Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Mix together butter, salt, and flour. Beat the egg with 4 tablespoons of milk into a uniform mixture, then add it to the flour. Add sugar as well, then knead a fairly soft dough. Place the dough onto a floured surface. Roll it out to a thickness of about one centimeter and cut into triangles. Place them on a greased baking sheet and brush with the remaining milk. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 220°C. Slice the strawberries into pieces, reserving a few berries for decoration. Whip the cream with powdered sugar, then use it to fill the halves of the cooled cookies. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with berries. Serve with tea or coffee.
