
Shortbread cookies with icing
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can make sugar glaze using fruit or berry juice, wine, or dairy products. The only rule is to add the liquid in small portions until you reach the desired consistency. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the ingredients.

Beat the softened butter with powdered sugar until fluffy.

Add the flour mixed with baking soda, vanilla, and salt, and add cold sour cream.

Quickly knead a soft dough.

On a lightly floured parchment paper, roll out the dough into a sheet about one and a half centimeters thick.

Cut out small cookies with a cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
