Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix the sugar and salt with soft room-temperature butter.

Crack in a chicken egg and mix the dough well.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder.

Mix everything well and knead the shortcrust dough. Leave it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
