Shortcrust puff pastry dough
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. This dough works very well for making cookies and as a base for sweet pies with cottage cheese, berry, or savory fillings. It keeps well in the freezer and does not lose its qualities after thawing. It can be served with tea or coffee.
