1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the egg, breadcrumbs, herbs, salt, pepper, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl or pot. Combine the ingredients with a spoon or fork.

2. Add one-third of the ground beef to the mixture. Mix the meat and the mixture by hand or with a fork.

3. Place the mixture in a square baking dish and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. During cooking, the meat will release juice and fat—drain them off after 30 minutes of cooking if you wish to minimize the fat content in your meatloaf.
