Peach compote for winter

Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1
Wash the peaches and place them in a sterilized jar (2 liters).

Combine lemon juice with sugar and water (1 liter). Stir until the sugar dissolves, then pour over the peaches.

Add the required amount of water, leaving 2 cm from the neck of the jar.

Cover the jar with a clean lid and place it in a pot on a thick cloth. Fill with warm water up to the "shoulders" of the jar. Bring the water to a boil over high heat and sterilize the jars with compote for 15 minutes. Seal with the lid. Wrap in a warm cloth and let cool completely. Store in a cool place.
