Peach jam in the microwave
Description
A preservation recipe without unnecessary fuss. Here is a simple recipe for peach jam in the microwave. For the jam, pick peaches that are not overripe but slightly firm—that works best. You can add more sugar, but I use 200 grams per 400 grams of peaches, which is enough for me, since I don’t like it overly sweet. Good luck with making it. Serve it at the table or store it in the pantry.
