   Wash the peaches, cut them in half, and remove the pits.

   Crush the cookies into crumbs. Grate the chocolate and ginger. Mix the cookies with chocolate, ginger, yolk, and wine.

   Place the peaches in a baking dish, cut side up. Spread the prepared mixture on top and pour melted butter over it. Pour the juice into the dish and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes. Transfer the peaches to a serving plate and drizzle with the juice from the dish. Serve warm.
