Description
Peaches and wine complement each other wonderfully during the infusion process. The delicate aroma of cinnamon completes this dessert. Choose ripe, fragrant peaches and a good-quality wine with a mild aroma so it doesn't overpower the peaches. If you don't like sweet flavors, you can omit the sugar or add it to your taste.
