Barley with mushrooms in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Barley porridge rightfully earns its name as the "beauty grain," as it contains many vitamins and minerals essential for our body and promoting collagen production. That's why I believe this grain should definitely be included in your daily diet. To help you do so, I'm offering a fairly simple recipe for barley with mushrooms cooked in a multicooker. Generally, this porridge is quite tasty on its own, but sometimes I add various ingredients to make the flavor even richer. This particular version works perfectly for a fasting or vegetarian menu, and it also pairs wonderfully with meat. Overall, this multicooker recipe for barley with mushrooms suits any occasion, so be sure to keep it in mind. Serve hot.
