Barley porridge with beetroot
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare barley porridge even on regular weekdays or during fasting. The recipe is actually very simple; the main time will only be spent boiling the barley and the beetroot. The bright flavor of beetroot perfectly complements the neutral barley. The result is piquant, unusual, and quite delicious. As for the health benefits of this dish, I think that goes without saying. Give it a try. Serve hot.
