Upside-down pear pie
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make this tart not only with pears, but with apples as well. Flip the tart immediately after baking so that the bottom ends up on top, drizzle with caramel, and serve. Instead of caramel, you can decorate it with powdered sugar or whipped cream. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
