Upside-down pizza in a glass
Description
Prepare fresh pizza dough—use one ball the size of a tennis ball per cup. Add salt and spices to taste; I didn't add any, as the sauce, sausage, and cheese are already salty. Use herbs that can withstand heat and don't wilt quickly—spinach worked well for me. Try this pizza, my family really liked it! Good luck. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

So, for the pizza you'll need 4 cups and ingredients, greens. The pizza dough can be any yeast dough, as you prefer. My favorite recipe is: 15 g fresh yeast, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup flour, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp sugar. Mix all this in warm milk and let it stand for about 30 minutes in a warm place. That's it.
