Quail in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The best option is to marinate the quails overnight before cooking. If that's not possible, let them sit in the spices for at least half an hour before cooking. 1. First, thoroughly wash the quails and dry them with a paper towel. 2. Place them in a deep bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. If you're preparing quails in a multicooker at home for children, use sour cream and tomato, for example. For adults, you can use mayonnaise and mustard, as well as soy sauce. 4. Add a little of your favorite spices for aroma and mix everything well. 5. Place the quails at the bottom of the multicooker bowl, previously heated with vegetable oil. 6. Sear them on all sides for 1-2 minutes each. 7. Set the "Baking" mode for 35 minutes. That's it—an easy recipe. Serve the finished dish hot.
