Perpecchi with cheese
Description
The recipe will not take much of your time. For cooking, use any hard cheese that melts well in the oven. Fresh dill can be replaced with any other fresh herbs, for example parsley. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Fill all prepared bases with the cheese filling.
- 13
Step 13

Arrange all the perpechi you are about to bake on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment, and bake for 25–30 minutes at 180°C in an oven that has been preheated in advance.
