Description
The baking is simple and quick. The dish results in delicious baked tartlets with various types of hearty filling. In this recipe, we use mushrooms, ground meat, and onion. Preparation: First, prepare the filling. Clean the mushrooms and finely chop them. Similarly, peel and chop the onion. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, sauté the ground meat together with the chopped onion and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully done. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add milk (for the custard mixture). Knead a soft dough that is not too stiff and does not stick to hands. Divide the dough into small balls, then roll each one out thinly. Line greased muffin molds with the rolled-out dough, removing any excess. Fill the tartlets three-quarters full with the meat mixture, then pour the milk and egg mixture over the filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 170–180°C (340–355°F) for about 20 minutes. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
