
Perepechiki
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. The ingredients used for making perepechi are: milk, eggs, water, flour, butter, and yeast. Fry the perepechi on both sides until golden brown. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Into the dough mixer, add milk, water, eggs, salt, flour, sugar, yeast, butter, and sunflower oil one after another (strictly in the listed sequence). Wait for one and a half hours.

2. While the dough is being kneaded, prepare the meat filling. Grind beef and pork through a meat grinder, add an egg to the meat (to prevent the filling from crumbling), and mix in peeled and finely grated onion. Then add milk for fluffiness and season with pepper.

3. Start shaping the perepechi. Separate small pieces from the dough and form small balls.

4. Roll the kolobki into flatbreads using a rolling pin. Place the meat filling in the center of each rolled flatbread. Put quite a lot of filling.

5. Carefully place the buns top side down into the boiling oil. When the top turns golden, flip them over.

6. Then place the baked pastries on a plate. The dish is ready.
