Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to make. I suggest making sandwiches with sausage and cheese. If you want to take them with you warm, wrap them in foil; if cold, place them fully cooled in a container or wrap them in paper. This snack is very convenient—the sandwiches are tasty both cold and warm. You’ll also spend very little time on preparation. You can replace the sausage with boiled meat, but remove all moisture first. Use greens—spinach or lettuce leaves work. Serve warm or chilled.

Prepare the ingredients: slice the sausage into rings and the cheese into slices. Preheat the sandwich maker.
