
Peppers in Tomato for Winter
Description
A simple way to prepare food in advance. To make peppers in tomato sauce for winter at home, you will need a meat grinder, sterilized jars in advance, and a clean large pot. Store in a cool, dark place.

Wash the peppers in cold water; prepare them for cooking.

Run the tomatoes through a meat grinder to make a thick pulp. Pour everything into the saucepan you will cook in. Fifteen minutes after it comes to a boil, add salt, sugar, and oil. Then add the pepper and stir everything together.

After another 15 minutes, when the pepper starts to change color, add the garlic and parsley. Be sure to run the garlic and parsley through a meat grinder first, or chop the parsley and press the garlic.

Five minutes after boiling, add the essence and turn off the stove. The peppers in tomato can now be poured into jars, sealed, and stored in a cool place.
