Sweet bell pepper stuffed with cheese
Description
Suitable both for holidays and everyday meals. Sweet bell peppers stuffed with cheese look great on a festive table. They are especially delightful in winter, like a bright reminder of summer. To make sweet bell peppers stuffed with cheese, be sure to use ripe, juicy peppers. You can add hot pepper to the filling. Sometimes I don’t chill the peppers but bake them in the oven. That turns out very tasty too. Good luck, and serve with greens and sauce.
