
Pepper with minced meat and rice
Description

Place the minced meat in a bowl. Add slightly cooked rice (rice cooking time 4-5 minutes) to the minced meat. Finely chop the onion. Add it to the container with the other ingredients.

Mix the meat thoroughly with rice and onion. Add a little water (0.5 cup) to the meat mixture. Mix again. Add salt and pepper. Mix once more.

Remove the seeds from the sweet peppers. Discard the insides and stems. Rinse the peppers thoroughly inside and, of course, outside.

Fill each pepper with the previously prepared stuffing.

Chop the onion, carrots, and pepper scraps left over from cleaning the peppers. When cleaning the peppers, I had leftover pepper ends. After removing all the excess, I chopped the pepper pieces into equal small pieces.

Sauté onion, carrot, and chopped pepper in vegetable oil.

Add tomato paste and a little water. Add salt, sugar, and spices to taste. Simmer the vegetables over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Place the prepared raw peppers with the stuffing into a saucepan. Pour in the prepared vegetable mixture.
