Perfect for winter stocking up. Canned bell peppers are always delicious. If you try marinating them with garlic, they become even tastier. Below is a recipe for preparing peppers with garlic for winter storage.

    Take bell peppers, wash them, and cut into slices. As you go, remove the seeds with a knife.

    When preparing the marinade, set the multicooker to "Steam" mode. Ingredients: water, salt, honey, vinegar, sunflower oil, ground pepper and peppercorns, bay leaf. Mix everything together and turn on the multicooker.

    Sterilize the jars and lids. Place garlic at the bottom of each jar. If you have many jars, put at least 2 cloves of garlic in each one. While the marinade is simmering, open the multicooker lid and add the peppers. Keep them there until boiling. When the peppers are ready, pack them tightly into the jar.

    When all jars are filled, pour the marinade over them.

    Loosely close the jars, place them in the multicooker bowl, and keep them in boiling water at 95°C for 20 minutes.
