2. The butter should be at room temperature. Mix the butter with the cheese, press garlic into the mixture, and add chopped herbs, diced tomatoes, or pieces of bell pepper. Mix everything until smooth. Stuff the peppers tightly with the resulting mixture.

3. Place the peppers with garlic filling in the refrigerator so the filling sets. Before serving, you can slice the peppers into rounds with a sharp knife, especially if you have large peppers. This appetizer is usually served with toast, fried dark bread, or rice crackers.
