Roasted pepper in pieces
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. As you can see, the recipe for frying peppers in pieces is very simple. Of course, it's a matter of personal taste—the pepper itself is almost flavorless, but I personally really enjoy it fried, with lemon juice and sea salt. If you eat this dish in small portions, with croutons or fresh vegetables, it won't do any harm to your figure. The dish is ready to be served.

Step 1

1. First, prepare the peppers thoroughly. Wash and dry them. Cut them into crosswise pieces—we need to remove all the seeds from the center. However, you can leave some whole—for aesthetic appeal.

Step 2

2. Pour the oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce over them. Let them marinate for half an hour to an hour. Then transfer them to a frying pan, wiping off the excess marinade. Do not discard the sauce yet.

Step 3

3. Sear until "charring" appears. Transfer to a plate, pour over the remaining marinade, and sprinkle with salt. Done!
