
Peppers stuffed with meat and vegetables
Description
Here is a simple recipe for stuffed peppers with meat and vegetables. Remove the seeds from the peppers, rinse them, and fill them with a mixture of sautéed onions, ground meat, cooked rice, and zucchini. For the sauce, sauté garlic in a pan, then add tomatoes, broth, and herbs. Pour the sauce over the peppers and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes. Good luck!

We wash the pepper, cut off the tops, and carefully remove the seeds.

Grate the onion on a coarse grater and fry in oil until golden brown.

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Mix with boiled rice, minced meat, and sautéed onion.
