
Peppers with stuffing in the oven

The recipe won't take much time. Today I want to offer you a recipe for preparing stuffed peppers with minced meat in the oven. Stuffed peppers are a complete dish that doesn't require a side dish; you can not only bake them in the oven, but also stew them in a pot on the stove. Experimenting with the filling will make the dish even more diverse! This is a juicy, vibrant, and above all, very filling dish that will beautifully adorn any table! Cook, taste, enjoy. Serve hot.

Prepare the filling for our peppers. Place the minced meat on a greased skillet and fry until it changes color. Add ketchup, basil, salt, and spices to taste.

In another skillet, sauté finely chopped onion and grated carrot.

While our filling is preparing, we cut the peppers in half lengthwise to make two boats, remove the seeds and veins, and thoroughly rinse them.

To the prepared filling, add sautéed onion and carrot, as well as rice previously boiled in slightly salted water, and thoroughly mix everything.

Place our filling into the peppers, previously salted.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and place them in the spaces between the peppers.

Pour the cream over the peppers so that half of the peppers are covered. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20–30 minutes.
