Dumplings in a wok
Description
You came home incredibly tired and even forgot to stop by the store, but you're really hungry—this situation, I think, is familiar to many. I've been in this situation more than once, but I have one great recipe for such occasions, and today I'll share it with you and tell you about it.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

So, place the wok over heat and pour in the broth (or water). I used frozen broth, so I simply melted it.
- 2
Step 2

As soon as the broth comes to a boil, drop the dumplings into it. If there is not enough liquid, add a little more water so that the dumplings are completely submerged.
- 3
Step 3

Add a couple of bay leaves to the dumplings and lightly salt the water. Cover the wok with a lid and let the dumplings simmer over low heat.
- 4
Step 4

When the dumplings are almost ready, we drain off almost all the water and add frozen vegetables to the dumplings.
- 5
Step 5

Set the wok over medium heat and simmer everything for a couple of minutes.
- 6
Step 6

At the very end, add tomato paste, spices, and salt to taste.
- 7
Step 7

On the lowest heat, bring our dish to full readiness, then distribute the dumplings onto plates and serve.
- 8
Step 8

Done.
