Dumplings in the microwave
Description
As you will see, the recipe for cooking dumplings in the microwave is very simple—there's no simpler way :) No need to stand by the stove stirring dumplings in a pot; the microwave will turn off automatically and chime to let you know the meal is ready. You can enhance this classic microwave dumpling recipe by adding extra ingredients to the broth according to your taste and preference. This time, though, the broth did boil over :)

My husband likes to cook dumplings in a pot—nothing runs away anywhere :) We take the dumplings out of the freezer and place them into the pot.

Pour hot water, add spices and salt. If you decide you need more broth, you can add more water, but in this case it's better to place another plate under the pot—the broth might splash during cooking. Put it in the microwave at full power for 7-8 minutes.
